The Similan Islands consist of nine small islands of paradise with wild nature that enchants even the most sophisticated travelers. Huge granite boulders as if scattered on the islands make them look unique and exclusive. Green of tropics, white sand beaches and clear sky-blue water make the picture of Eden complete. The Similan islands are situated 60 miles to the north-west of Phuket.

Training cruises are being held from November to May, because in summer and autumn period entrance to the national park (the Similan Islands became the national park in 1982) is limited. The journey will last for 6 days. We will provide ourselves with food and fresh water on Phuket and then set off!

From the very beginning theoretical knowledge of boat handling will be put into practice. The cruise won’t be an easy one, because besides all the intricacies of sailor’s craft, the crew will have to learn the basics of cooking while traveling on board. Even experienced sailors find galley duty rather difficult.

The entertaining part of the cruise includes a passage around the islands. There will be an opportunity to stop in the places you like and catch some fish. We also can drop the anchor for 1 or 2 days near the coast and climb the famous Sail Rock to enjoy the splendid views. We will sunbathe on the beach and swim in the warm turquoise sea as long as we want.

The Similan Islands is the place that you will never want to leave!
